Jochen Gabriel

Managing Director Haselmeier Switzerland

Jochen Gabriel assumed responsibility for Haselmeier in 1984. Under his leadership, Haselmeier significantly increased its product line and patent portfolio. Most of Haselmeier's patents are the result of Mr. Gabriel's initiative and creative insight. Currently Mr. Gabriel is managing Haselmeier in Switzerland with a responsibility for global finance and controlling, patents and strategic planning.

 

Matthias Meissner

Managing Director Haselmeier Germany

Matthias Meissner joined Haselmeier in 2002 and is responsible for Haselmeier in Germany that incorporates the R&D and manufacturing. Before joining Haselmeier, Mr. Meissner worked as operations manager at Pfleiderer from 2000 to 2002. Prior to 2000 Mr. Meissner worked at Flender (today part of Siemens) sequentially as Planning Engineer for organization- and investment projects then as Manager of Production Logistics. Mr. Meissner graduated in Business Management and completed mechanical engineering studies with a major in manufacturing technology.

 

Robert J. Kilgore

President of Global Marketing and Business Development

Robert Kilgore joined Haselmeier in 2004 and is responsible for the global sales and marketing department and strategy. Prior to Haselmeier, Mr. Kilgore was Senior Vice President & General Manager of Meridian Medical Technologies, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of King Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for Meridian's drug delivery and contract manufacturing services. Prior to Meridian, Mr. Kilgore was Director of Marketing and Business Development for BD Pharmaceutical Systems. While at BD, Mr. Kilgore launched the Advanced Injection Systems business segment and was responsible for worldwide business development and marketing of drug delivery technologies. Mr. Kilgore received his BS from Clarion University and M.B.A. from Fordham University.

 

Joachim Keitel

Joachim Keitel

Head of Research and Development

Joachim Keitel joined Haselmeier in 2002 as Research and Development Manager and is responsible for Haselmeier's Research and Development department. Prior to Haselmeier, Mr. Keitel worked more than ten years as Manager of construction sequentially at Schmidt + Haensch GmbH and then at Heraeus Medical GmbH. Mr. Keitel holds a diploma in Physics (Dipl.-Phys) from the University of Kiel.

 

Markus Dorsch

Markus Dorsch

Head of Quality Management

Markus Dorsch started in 2001 at Haselmeier as Research and Development Assistant, and then continued as Deputy Head of Quality Assurance followed by a position as Head of Quality Assurance. Since 2007 Mr. Dorsch is responsible for Quality Management at Haselmeier. Mr. Dorsch was formerly running research projects at the Charité Hospital in Berlin. Mr. Dorsch holds a University degree in Medicine- and Microtechnics.

 

Volker Wirth

Volker Wirth

Director Business Development and Marketing

Volker Wirth joined Haselmeier in 2008 and is responsible for Business Development and Marketing in Europe. Since 1995 and before joining Haselmeier, Mr. Wirth held various leading functions in Key Account Management, Business Development and Customer Service at Vetter Pharma, as well as various regional sales responsibilities at Astra, Lipha and Takeda. Mr. Wirth holds a degree in Business Management from the Management Centre in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

 

Frédéric Gabriel

Frédéric Gabriel

Head of Project Management

Frédéric Gabriel joined Haselmeier in 2008 and is responsible for its Project Management. Prior to Haselmeier, Mr. Gabriel worked as Business Analyst at Capgemini in the European Biotech Group in Stuttgart before joining Genzyme in 2005. At Genzyme, Mr. Gabriel first worked as Business Analyst then as Project Manager for the European Cardiovascular Business Unit, responsible for the European launch of Genzyme's first cardiovascular product. Mr. Gabriel holds a MSc in Biology from the Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris and a M.B.A. from the European School of Business, ESCP-EAP.
